Rooted & Rising
A Creative Identity & Community Programme
Rooted & Rising is a community creative programme designed to bring together young people and local communities through shared cultural expression, identity exploration, and creative storytelling.
Through a series of facilitated sessions, participants will explore themes of identity, voice, and belonging, using design, art, and storytelling as tools for expression and connection.
The programme will be supported by a private online community space, allowing participants to stay connected, share ideas, and continue their journey beyond the sessions.
The project will culminate in a local showcase event, where participants present their work and invite the wider community to engage, celebrate, and connect.
